The story begins with a return to nature.
As a designer, I've always searched for stories that touch people's hearts, but I never imagined that the most moving story was hidden in my own blood. My grandmother's habit of washing her hair with tea bran is a wisdom passed down through the Dong people. Today, it is being revitalized in her hometown, yet it remains hidden deep in the mountains. Therefore, we decided to build a bridge: using modern amino acid technology, to transform this ancient treasure into a part of natural living worldwide.
Family support was the initial endorsement.
Dongsen was founded by me and two partners. But our initial "advisors" were my mother, father, and grandmother.
When I proposed the idea, my father specifically searched through ancient books for traditional herbal recipes; my grandmother dug out old tools and demonstrated the most traditional tea seed preparation process to me; my mother became the first rigorous product ambassador, and every piece of feedback she gave—from the density of the foam to the smoothness after washing—directly shaped the product as it is today. Their support not only gave us emotional courage but also ensured the product's cultural authenticity and genuine efficacy. We are not just entrepreneurs, but also inheritors and translators.
